The below policy explains when you can request a refund, how to do it, and what happens next. This Policy forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Use. Definitions used there have the same meaning here.

 

1. SCOPE

All paid digital products sold through the site—slide decks, checklists, spreadsheets, on‑demand courses, and any future downloads or streams—are covered here.

 

2. SEVEN‑DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  • Email us within 7 calendar days of purchase at support@sdrretail.com if the product isn’t right for you.

  • We’ll happily troubleshoot, exchange, or refund in full.

  • If you’ve already downloaded all files, just tell us why the material wasn’t helpful so we can improve. Fair use matters more to us than strict percentages.

2A. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of purchase unless you gave “download now” consent at checkout, in which case the right is lost once the download or stream begins. To exercise the right before download, email support@sdrretail.com with your order details. We will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method.

 

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  1. Email support@sdrretail.com with your order #, the email used at checkout, and a quick note about the issue.

  2. We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and resolve—refund or fix—within 7 business days.

  3. Once refunded, your license ends, and you agree to delete local copies in line with our Digital‑Use Guidelines.

 

4. COMPLIANCE NOTICE (WHY THIS LINK EXISTS)

We post this policy in the site footer, on every product page, and at checkout to meet U.S. consumer‑protection rules that require refund terms to be clear and conspicuous before purchase.

 

5. EXCLUSIONS

  • Gift cards, personalized consulting hours, or live workshops once scheduled.

  • Chargebacks filed before contacting us may void the guarantee.

  • Fraud or abuse (for example, bulk‑downloading then requesting a refund) terminates eligibility.
