Unlike physical products, digital goods can’t be “returned”—once the files are downloaded, they can be copied, saved, or shared. That makes refund abuse more likely.
We’ve intentionally priced our products to be more affordable—making them a low-stakes, high-value purchase—in part to avoid abuse.
That said, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your bundle, let us know within 7 days and we’ll either help resolve the issue or offer a full refund.
We do ask that:
You haven’t already downloaded or accessed the full content
Or, you can demonstrate that the product didn’t meet your expectations and you didn’t find it useful (tell us what didn’t work for you—we want to improve!)
