You'll receive an instant download link via email. Files are delivered as a zip folder containing PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, and/or other relevant formats. You’ll have lifetime access to re-download your files, but if you ever need help retrieving them, just contact us with your order number.

I’m flexible. I can offer focused project assessments and workshops designed to get you unstuck quickly. Longer-term support is available, but not required.

Although I’m capable of working in hands-on roles on your project (business analysis, project management, testing), I provide the best value in an oversight role.
I more commonly act as your right hand and representation, overseeing both business and technical teams to make sure they’re delivering the project successfully and accounting for all considerations.

I can work on an hourly retainer, fixed fee amount, or credit hours.
Because of my breadth of experience, most clients opt for a hourly retainer. This gives you a predictable budget and allows me the flexibility to work on anything you need.
