This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how SDR Retail Consulting, LLC ("SDR Retail,” "Company,” "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with your access to or use of the website located at https://www.sdrretail.com and any related sub‑domains (collectively, the “Site”) and the professional consulting services, digital products, e‑commerce storefronts, email communications, and any other online or offline services that link to or reference this Policy (together with the Site, the “Services”).

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it promptly.
12. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may be less stringent than those in your country of residence.
EU / UK Representative. We do not regularly offer goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, individuals in the EEA or UK within the meaning of Article 3(2) GDPR; therefore the appointment of an EU/UK representative under Article 27 is not required at this time. 13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
